Susan R. Caldwell, present owner of Piedmont Carolinas Realty, Inc. established present corporation with a partner in February 1994. In January 1996 Ms. Caldwell purchased her partner's interest in the corporation and changed the name to Piedmont Carolinas Realty, Inc. Ms. Caldwell has operated the current corporation singularly until March 1, 2001 when she was joined by her husband Bryan F. Killian. They selected a location in the Hidden Rock Commons Center at 715 Bethel Street in Clover's business district.
